ROSTAMI FIT DEFENSE

FIT FIGHT FOREVER

FIT FIGHT FOREVER *

Synchronizing mind and body is not a concept or a random technique someone thought up for selfimprovement. Rather, it is a basic principle of how to be a human being and how to use your sense perceptions, your mind and your body together.

when mind and body are properly synchronized, then you have clear perception and you have a sense of being without doubt, being without the tremors and the shaking and the shortsightedness of anxiety, which make your behavior totally inaccurate

It all begins in your mind, which filters every reality you experience and perceive. Whether you feel inwardly safe, inwardly confident, and empowered, or insecure, anxious, and powerless, it’s first and foremost a state of mind. This is the major premise of the discipline of ROSTAMI FIT-DEFENSE: the warrior’s state of mind and his understanding and application of that state of mind. If you want to have a greater sense of inner safety, inner confidence, physical health, balance, and empowerment, it is your total responsibility to cultivate your mind and your body, to guide your mind and body toward total awareness of where you are and why you’re there. Once you are on this warrior path, you will see its benefits. In order to enjoy good health, to bring true happiness to one's family, to bring peace to all, to experience ultimate life quality one must first discipline and control one's own mind and body. If a man learn how to control his mind and his body he can find the way to Enlightenment, and all wisdom and virtue will naturally come to him.

Today is victory over yourself of yesterday; tomorrow is your victory over lesser men.

Security definition:

Security is the condition of being protected against danger or loss. In the general sense, security is a concept similar to safety. The nuance between the two is an added emphasis on being protected from dangers that originate from outside. Individuals or actions that encroach upon the condition of protection are responsible for the breach of security.

Awareness definition:

Awareness means being acquainted with, mindful of, conscious that and well informed of a specific subject, and thus implies knowing and understanding a subject and acting accordingly.

In other words, one could say that the definition of security awareness means being alert against actions and dangers that can disturb or harm our security and safety and put us at risk.

PERSIAN IMMORTALS

FIRST BODYGUARDS IN HISTORY…

PERSIAN IMMORTALS 12000 YEARS

THEY BUILT THE FIRST EMPIRES AND ARMIES IN HISTORY WHICH WAS STRETCHED ALL THE WAY TO CHINA, KOREA AND JAPAN. WE CAN DEFINITELY SEE THE OUTFT SIMILARITES BETWEEN IMMORTALS AND SAMURAIS AND OTHER ASIAN KINGS AND WARRIORS.

SAMURAI WARRIOR

1000 YEARS, SIMILAR COSTUMES AS IMMORTALS

Since ancient times, men have provided protection for others either for financial reward or for reasons of duty. The job of providing personal protection used to mainly be the duty of soldiers, but it became a duty for law enforcement officers and later became a private security industry field of expertise as well. This profession has existed since the beginning of time, such as Persian Immortals Elite (Considered as first Bodyguards & Police-500 BC) or Assassins of Iran (The first secret service organization-1090). The need for this type of service has perhaps become even more necessary in the modern world. Historically, one could generalize and say that the ones who needed protection in the past were mainly royalty, heads of state, military leaders and government officials. The reason for their protection was connected to conflicts, either in their own country or as an effect of war with other nations. Today it is not only these target groups that are in need of protection. The global situation today is that there are many people wiling to resort to violence and terrorism in order to obtain their goals, and they have expanded their target groups to include many more than just those listed above. Today, one can be targeted for many reasons but mainly because of:

  1. Who they are

  2. Who they represent

  3. What they represent

  4. Where they work

  5. Decisions made and not made

This means that there exists a need to protect all kinds of people that for some reason have become a target. It could be that they are royalty, diplomats, military leaders, celebrities, executives, prominent individuals or just normal civilian people who happen to work for a targeted institution, organization or company. So why not learn how to be the bodyguard of yourself and your family ?

The objective of our Personal Protection program is to protect and safeguard the client’s:

  • Life

  • Health

  • Integrity

The objective of ROSTAMI program planing and training is to lower the odds against the protecetee and to bring them into a more favorable level.

What is Self Defense?

Cyrus the Great Cylinder, the first declaration of universal human rights and justice…

Self-defense is defined as the right to prevent suffering force or violence through the use of a sufficient level of counteracting force or violence. This definition is simple enough on its face, but it raises many questions when applied to actual situations. For instance, what is a sufficient level of force or violence when defending oneself? What goes beyond that level? What if the intended victim provoked the attack? Do victims have to retreat from the violence if possible? What happens when victims reasonably perceive a threat even if the threat doesn’t actually exist? What about when the victim’s apprehension is subjectively genuine, but objectively unreasonable?

As you can see, self-defense is more complicated than it first appears. These are the reasons that make a big difference between Martial Arts styles and Self Defense styles , because in Martial Arts they do not teach you how to use a sufficient level of counteracting force against an attack or threat. In fact all the Martial-Art’s techniques are aggressive, destructive and deadly which nobody can apply it on the street because of the outcome of it. Therefore we must execute types of techniques to control our opponents rather than hurting or killing them. Moreover they do not teach you how to protect yourself , they only teach you how to fight. In addition, the students need to know that there is a variety of styles of Self Defense in the world and the students must make a sure to choose the right and the best style of Self-Defense by doing their research .Yet by choosing the wrong style or instructor they will be risking their lives and safety more than before.

Many researchers declare that a more serious or “aggravated” assault occurs when one: 1) tries to or does cause severe injury to another, or 2) causes injury through use of a deadly weapon.

“In order to achieve you must place yourself in your opponent skin. If you do not understand yourself, you will lose one hundred percent of the time. If you understand yourself, you will win fifty percent of the time. If you understand yourself and your opponent, you will win one hundred percent of the time.”
